When is my personal information collected and how is it used?

Customer Registration – Your personal information will be collected when you register on the UniVisit site. This information will allow us to communicate with you and meet your customer service needs.

Travel Profile - Creating a travel profile will also require your personal information. This will allow you to make a reservation very quickly. You will not be required to input your information every time you make a reservation. We will be able to pull your personal information directly from your profile.

Air, Hotel, Car or Activity Reservations - In order for us to book your Air, Hotel, Car or Activity, we will need to collect your personal information. It is necessary to share your personal information with the travel providers (Hotel, tour operators, etc.) you have chosen. Only the information required to book the reservation will be shared.

Surveys – UniVisit will give you the opportunity to participate in surveys regarding our site so that we may better meet your needs. Participation in surveys is never required, but your personal information (i.e., name, e-mail address, etc.) may be required to process your survey.

Cookies – A cookie is a piece of information that a website server stores on your computer with all of your preferences when visiting the website. Every time you go back to the website, the server can pull this piece of information off of your computer and use the information to customize your screen based on your preferences. At any time you may go to "My Profile" to access/correct/remove your personal information or change your password. You can also alter your travel plans in "My Trips."
