Customer Account/Profile

How do I become a UniVisit Customer?

To become a UniVisit Customer, simply click on the “My Profile” icon at the top right of the home page. Then click on the “Create an Account” link. You will be asked to provide some basic information and to create a Customer ID and password. You will use this Customer ID and password to gain access to your stored travel information.

How can I update my profile?  

Sign into the system and open your profile. Make the desired changes to your profile.

How do I change the email address on my account? 

Sign into the system and open your profile. Click on the link that says “Update E-mail Settings” and follow the steps to change your e-mail address.

Travel Reservations

How do I perform a search for hotels?

Type the name of your destination city in the Hotel Search section on the left-hand side of the page. You can also supply the dates of travel and number of travelers to get more specific results.

How do I access my reservation online? 

You can click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the UniVisit page. This will show you all of the trips you have planned as well as the status of each one.

How do I know I have a confirmed reservation? 

After you have made your reservation, you should receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail or no longer have the e-mail, you can click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the UniVisit page. This will show you all of the trips you have planned as well as the status of the trip.

How can I get more information on a specific hotel? 

When viewing the list of hotels, click on the “More Information” link to obtain more specific information on the hotel, including specific room amenities and photos of the hotel and grounds.

Can I cancel a reservation? 

If you need to cancel your hotel, car rental, or activity reservation, click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the UniVisit page. Choose the reservation you need to cancel. All changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the travel provider. For example, a Hotel may have a penalty of collecting one night's stay if the reservation is not cancelled by a certain time. Be sure to read the travel provider's policy before completing your change or cancellation.

If you are unsure that your reservation has been submitted, log back onto the UniVisit site and click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the page. This will show you all of the trips you have planned as well as the status of each one. If the reservation does not appear, you will need to make the reservation again. If you are still unsure about the status of your reservation, you may contact UniVisit Customer Care:
